Elizabeth Vogel realizes that clients come to her during one of the most stressful periods in their lives, and ensures to be their advocate. Elizabeth believes creating an individualized and strategic approach for each client provides for the best possible outcome for her clients. Elizabeth works effectively and tirelessly to advocate for her client’s and families’ best interests. She believes by being an attentive listener, while also explaining each step in her client’s court proceedings to make sure there is a clear understanding of the process, Elizabeth can decrease any additional stress involved in the family law proceedings.  

Elizabeth is dedicated to helping clients navigate all stages of litigation, including, allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time, calculating child support and maintenance, property division, and classifying marital and non-marital property. Further, Elizabeth is committed to ensuring the client’s children are properly accounted for as well. Elizabeth understand the costs of litigation can be overwhelming, and does her best to reach an appropriate and fair settlement in the most cost-effective manner possible under the circumstances; however, Elizabeth is equipped to bring her cases to trial and advocate for her client’s needs as the situation dictates.

An aspect of family law that is important to Elizabeth are cases involving children. She believes children need more advocates in the court room, and is determined to consider the best interest of the children while advocating for her client.

Elizabeth Vogel is a member of the Illinois bar and has focused her legal career and practice exclusively in the area of family law. Elizabeth received her Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Family Law from Loyola University Chicago. She earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University, where she earned a Bachelors in Science in Human Development and Family Studies.

Elizabeth is born and raised in downtown Chicago, and currently lives in Wrigleyville. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and dog Ivy, and loves watching the Chicago Cubs games, especially when they win!
